LINCOLN, Neb. — Lincoln Police are investigating a shooting that occurred outside a downtown bar early Saturday.

LPD said they were investigating a shooting that injured three people in the early hours of May 21.

Officials said around 2:40 a.m. officers heard gunshots in the 1100 block of O Street.

LPD officers said they found the three victims outside the bar with gunshot wounds. All three victims were taken to a local hospital.

According to LPD, one of the victims is in a life-threatening condition, one is in critical but stable condition, and one has been treated for his injuries and released.

Authorities said no arrests have been made at this time.

The LPD Crime Scene Investigation Unit is processing the scene for forensic evidence.

Authorities said video evidence had already been collected and was being reviewed by investigators.

Officials said O Street from 11th to 12th Street will be closed all morning while they deal with the scene. They ask the public to avoid the area if possible.

This is an ongoing investigation.
